3月12日，中國(guó)石化潤(rùn)滑油有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“中國(guó)石化潤(rùn)滑油”）與福斯?jié)櫥停ㄖ袊?guó)）有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“福斯中國(guó)”）在北京正式簽署了供應(yīng)鏈深化合作戰(zhàn)略協(xié)議，共同開啟發(fā)展新篇章。

On March 12, Sinopec Lubricant Company Limited of China (hereinafter referred to as "Sinopec Lubricant") and FUCHS Lubricants (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "FUCHS China") officially signed a strategic agreement on deepening supply chain cooperation in Beijing, jointly commencing a new chapter of development.

雙方秉承“互利共贏，共同發(fā)展”的核心合作理念，將充分發(fā)揮各自的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)，深化供應(yīng)鏈合作。中國(guó)石化潤(rùn)滑油與福斯中國(guó)將在中國(guó)石化三類基礎(chǔ)油、添加劑等潤(rùn)滑油高端新材料領(lǐng)域建立長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系，利用中石化的基礎(chǔ)油和添加劑的優(yōu)勢(shì)，深化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈合作。同時(shí)，雙方將共同推進(jìn)在境內(nèi)及海外的全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈深度合作，旨在通過資源整合和優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)，提升產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的整體價(jià)值。雙方將攜手并進(jìn)，推動(dòng)潤(rùn)滑油行業(yè)向高端化、智能化、綠色化方向發(fā)展，共同為行業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)貢獻(xiàn)積極力量。

Adhering to the core cooperation concept of "mutual benefit, win-win results and common development", the two parties will fully?use?to their respective resource advantages and deepen supply chain cooperation. Sinopec Lubricant and FUCHS China will establish a long-term and stable strategic cooperation relationship in the field of high-end new materials, such as Sinopec Group III base oils and Sinopec additives.?Utilize the advantages of Sinopec's base oil and additives to deepen industrial chain cooperation.?At the same time, the two parties will jointly promote in-depth cooperation across the entire industrial chain both domestically and overseas, aiming to enhance the overall value of the industrial chain through resource integration and complementary advantages.
